The club is made up of a wide variety of people from 6 to 67 with a strong emphasis on family participation. It is not merely a place for strong men to flex their muscles, but also a space for women, young people and families to learn and grow together. All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome. It does not matter where you start from as everyone is encouraged to progress towards their personal goals.
We have members from a cross section of the community from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
